The home kit from France’s forgettable 2002 World Cup campaign. Coming to the tournament as defending champions of the 1998 World Cup, France unbelievably finished last in their group in 2002. They failed to score a single goal in their three games, despite boasting a talented team of players such as Patrick Vieira, Zinedine Zidane, and Thierry Henry.
Despite France’s disappointing finish to the 2002 World Cup, this design is another fashionable piece in a sequence of beautiful French kits. A solid blue shirt is rounded off by elegant red and white stripes along the sleeves. Mesh fabric on the number print adds texture to the shirt and completes its sleek design. The “Coq Gaulois” or “Gallic Rooster” on the chest is the symbol of the French Football Federation, as roosters are a cultural mascot of France.
This jersey has been remade with impeccable attention to detail. It features the same collar, sleeving, ridges and embroidery as the original.
Printing is done in the original style, as close to the authentic font and colour as possible. If the jersey originally had the number printed on the front we will print this unless instructed otherwise.
Please check the measurements carefully as most people find they require a size up. The jerseys have a slim or muscle fit.

I ordered the blue french shirt from 2002 World Cup and I got the white one. Printing is perfect and everything else is fine, but I just don’t like the white one so I am not really satisfied. I already ordered a couple of times and I always liked the shirts, but this time I am just disappointed..
