The away kit design from Denmark's historic 1998 World Cup run. The Danes finished 2nd in their group behind host nation France and dominated Nigeria with a 4-1 victory in the Round of 16. They bowed out to Brazil in a close 2-3 Quarter-Final loss, ending their best-ever World Cup campaign to date. The world-class Laudrup brothers led the team, with Brian scoring 2 goals and assisting another 3, while Michael scored once and assisted twice.
The Danes are known as De rød-hvide or "The Red and White," for the colors of their flag reflected in their football kits. This away shirt echoes the home kit design of the same year. The red fabric lines the top of the white shirt, spreading across the sleeves and collar. Diagonal white stripes add a touch of flair along the sleeves and repeat in a straight pattern along the collar.
This jersey has been remade with impeccable attention to detail. It features the same collar, sleeving, ridges, and embroidery as the original.
Printing is done in the original style, as close to the authentic font and color as possible. If the jersey originally had the number printed on the front we will print this unless instructed otherwise.
Please check the measurements carefully as most people find they require a size up. The jerseys have a slim or muscle fit.
