An away design from Celtic FC's 1998-99 season. The Glasgow team were the defending league champions, but fell short of repeating their title victory, and surrendered the trophy to local rivals Rangers FC. Still, Swedish striker Henrik Larsson exploded into prolific form during his second season at the club. He was top scorer in the league with 29 goals, and scored 38 across all competitions.
This 1998-99 design embraces the ancestral roots of Celtic FC's namesake. Along each horizontal yellow stripe, a captivating print weaves across the shirt, echoing Celtic tribal art. The shirt is rounded off by a folded collar, and the shamrock badge completes this vintage Celtic football style.
Printing is done in the original style, as close to the authentic font and color as possible. If the jersey originally had the number printed on the front we will print this unless instructed otherwise.
Please check the measurements carefully as most people find they require a size up. The jerseys have a slim or muscle fit.
