A classic mid'90s away kit from AFC Ajax, worn originally in the 1995-96 season. The Amsterdam team were defending champions of both the Eredivisie and the Champions League. While they repeated their league title glory, Ajax fell short of winning the Champions League for a second consecutive year. They reached the final, but lost in a penalty shootout to Juventus after regular time ended 1-1. Key players in the team included Frank de Boer, Jari Litmanen, and Patrick Kluivert. Blue was the away colour of choice for Ajax in 1995-96.
This design features a large print of the club badge on both the front and back of the shirt. Black, blue, and white combine in the stylish folded collar. The vertical off-centre print of the ABN AMRO sponsor was a longstanding hallmark of Ajax shirts, as they partnered with the club for nearly 20 years in the '90s and 2000's.
Printing is done in the original style, as close to the authentic font and color as possible. If the jersey originally had the number printed on the front we will print this unless instructed otherwise.
Please check the measurements carefully as most people find they require a size up. The jerseys have a slim or muscle fit.
