What’s the best way to contact Beautiful 90s?
For all enquiries please email info@beautiful90s.com or use the support button in the bottom right corner of our website. We aim to respond within 48 hours with the exception of weekends and bank holidays.

    How long does delivery take?
    Our most popular items are eligible for fast shipping (times below). To check if your item is eligable see the 'Shipping information' on the jersey's product page. If your item isn't eligable it will be sent via our Hermes International service*.

    What happens if I put the wrong address?
    If your item was wrongly addressed and could not be delivered it will be returned at significant expense to us. Therefore we may charge you a resending or restocking fee depending on the circumstances. Please check your address carefully before placing your order.

      What does the printing look like?
      All printing is done as close to the original style lettering as possible. If you'd like to see a photo of a printed shirt please reach out to us.

      How should I care for my jersey?
      To protect the intricate features of your retro jersey you should hand wash it or use your washing machine's delicates programme. If your jersey has name/number printing we strongly advise against machine washing, as the flocking may start to peel after repeated washes.

        What is the refund policy?
        You may return your item for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please see https://beautiful90s.com/pages/refunds for conditions.
          Can I exchange my item?
          Please contact info@beautiful90s.com. If your item is in new condition with tags and packet we may be able to exchange it for you.
            Can I return a printed item?
            Unfortunately customised shirts cannot be returned, so please check the measurements on the product page carefully.

              What are the letters you print made from?
              The letters are plastic pro bonded to the shirt in an industrial heat press. Printed items should be washed by hand or washed using the delicates program on your washing machine.

              Can I get a small letter printed on the front?
              Shirts such as the Mexico 1998 Home jersey originally featured a small number on the front as well as the number on the back. In this case we will ship the shirt with a number on the front if you opt to have it printed. If you do not want the shirt printed on the front please specify in the order notes. If you would like a number on the front and the original did not have one we can do this for you.
                What can I get printed on my shirt?
                All shirts can be printed with either one or two numbers. For player names we can print up to 10 characters on the back for sizes S and M, and up to 12 characters for sizes L, XL and XXL. We can normally print special characters such as the German umlaut, but please be as clear as possible with your request in the order notes. If

                    What materials are the shirts made from?
                    100% polyester, similar to newly designed football shirts.
                      Are these original or remakes?
                      Our shirts are newly produced remakes of historic, out of production designs. They are not vintage originals.

                        What is the returns address?
                        Please contact us via email before returning your item as the returns address varies depending on the item. We cannot always process returns sent to our registered business or correspondence addresses, so please email first to avoid disappointment!

                        Can I track my item?
                        You should receive your tracking number via email a few days after placing your order. If you haven't received it after a week please contact us by email and we will give it to you.

                        Do we take requests for new shirts?
                        Absolutely. Please submit your request at https://beautiful90s.com/pages/jersey-requests. Your responses guide our future design releases.

                        Will I have to pay customs fees?
                        Normally no, but in rare instances you may be asked to pay a customs fee to receive your item. Beautiful 90s may not be able to reimburse you for this.
