A design worn by legendary keeper Gianluigi Buffon during his early career at Parma Calcio. Parma’s 1998-99 season remains arguably the best in the club’s history, as they won the Supercoppa Italiana against a formidable and favored AC Milan team. Buffon made several important saves to keep his side in the game, and they came back from a one goal deficit to win the cup 2-1. At only 21 years old, Buffon also managed to keep 11 clean sheets in 34 league appearances during the 1998-99 season.
Parma’s goalkeeper kits are often distinguished by red colours. This classic 1998-99 Parma goalkeeper shirt is a part of that history, with a red base separated by thick blue stripes. The Parmalat sponsor on the front was a hallmark of Parma Calcio kits in the 90’s. The yellow highlights around the collar complete the look for this timeless piece of Italian club football history.
This jersey has been remade with impeccable attention to detail. It features the same collar, sleeving, ridges and embroidery as the original.
Printing is done in the original style, as close to the authentic font and colour as possible. If the jersey originally had the number printed on the front we will print this unless instructed otherwise.
Please check the measurements carefully as most people find they require a size up. The jerseys have a slim or muscle fit.

The package was damaged maybe in transit.
It took very long to arrive ( I do appreciate covid made things harder). Perhaps the length of transit caused the mould to occur? My brother who was receiving the gift has been in contact with you. I hope you can sort it for him. I bought the Ireland jersey for his birthday before and it was perfect so it was a let down to receive such a bad product
